While it took over 45 minutes to get a resolution to my issue due to their company's "red tape" in handling these issues, I did get a full refund on my tree. While I still would have rather had the tree pictured, Balsam Hill did the right thing in the end when they could not guarantee a "frosted" tree rather than a "flocked" tree. I have changed my ratings to reflect their help in resolving my issue.

First, let me say the quality of the tree is as described. Balsam Hill obviously makes quality trees.
The problem is, however, their integrity in delivering the product which was advertised. The tree may or may not arrive as described. I ordered a Sugar Pine that was supposed to be, and I quote, "lightly kissed with just a touch of newly fallen snow." Now, maybe these folks are from the Arctic or Siberia, but their idea of "lightly kissed" and mine are not the same. It's COVERED with snow.
(See photos of the tree they show and the tree I received.) After I placed my order, the company also added a photo showing more snow on the tree, but did not change the original pictures, nor did they change the description, which is highly deceiving.
Trusting a company that "seemed" to have a good reputation, I did not open my tree until the day I was going to put it up, so it was far too late to return it for a refund and find the tree I actually wanted from another source (since this one cannot be trusted to ship as advertised). I'm stuck with a snow-ladened tree for at least this year, more if I cannot afford to have this poor excuse of a "FROSTED" tree replaced.
