The box the Balsam Hill ships its wreaths in have a cardboard insert to which the wreath can be tied to protect it. Unfortunately, they didn't bother to use the ties for my wreath, and the condition of the wreath showed it. The cones were half broken and the one third of the berries were rattling around the bottom of the box.

Their response? "Do you have any glue?" Really?

I received a survey a few days later to which I gave the response they deserved. Based on the survey, I received an email that said they apologized, but they offered no course to fix the issue, and quickly ended the email with a "Have a Nice Day!"

Again, Really?

This reviewer shared experience about damaged or defective and wants this business to have the product delivered as the author lost $80. The author is overall dissatisfied with Balsam Hill. The most disappointing about christmas wreath from Balsam Hill was lack of customer service, defective merchandise and customer service follow through , but reviewer liked website. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
