Silverado Slim 9 foot. Ordered first tree in October 2017.

Tree arrived I could not shape it. Contacted live chat. Asked for pictures. Sent pictures and she told me I had two bottom pieces.

Asked if I had two other pieces. I told her no just one. She said a nine foot tree has four pieces. She issued a return label.

Tree had to be taken to FedEx. She said they couldn’t get it picked up. Second came the day after Thanksgiving. Opened the box.

The same problem! Called Sunday night and requested refund. Fedex picked up the second tree last night and left another one in its place! This one was fully opened.

I contacted American Express and disputed the charge.

As of today, I have a third tree I didn’t order and am due a refund of roughly $1800. Pictures show the opened box I received last night and the others were the gaps in the tree that led to live chat telling me I had two pieces with the same number and was missing the fourth piece!
