first tree came and top did not work..after multiple phone calls the said the would replace...waited and waited and called to cancel . Even though it hadn't shipped I could not cancel as it was tagged for FedEx((( Came and it is a very sparse tree, no matter how many ways I bend or fluff there are multiple areas that are open and not filled in...This for over $350....not at all happy...would NEVER buy from them again and feel like I threw$$$$$ out the window.. I just cannot deal with their horrible customer service anymore and on top off that when you call you are not given customer service in the USA.....

I didn't like: Customer service, Quality of the product, Late delivery, Fact the product is not like the picture or description, Product poor quality for price and it was defective.
