Balsam Hill - NEVER Again!

Bought a tree couple years ago, came missing part of tree, called customer service, sent new piece. Wrong part, made it work. Ordered again this year, after waiting 2 weeks for 2 day delivery, they told me they were having a “warehouse “ problem and did not know when tree would be shipped. Worst customer service ever for such a premium product company.

Balsam Hill - Fraudulent misrepresentations fail to disclose hundreds of thousands of lighting failures they have with their overpriced tree. I paid $1200 and lights totally failed after two seasons of use.

Lights failed after two seasons. Paid $1200 for tree. Refused to replace tree. Useless without lights. Sad thing is before they charge you these outrageous sums they fraudulently fail to disclose their long torchered history of this problem. Will bring class action.
