Balsam Hill - Horrible Return Policy
Horrible return policy. Bought an expensive wreath, was wrong one, ordered another and was satisfied.
Went to return original and was outside some 30 day return policy by 3 days. Complained and they than said they could make an exception, but I would need to pay a 20% stocking fee. They also charged me an additional amount for the shipping label. I get it they probably have a large number of returns around X Mas but they need to manage the process and communication better for their clients.
I will be looking to take my business elsewhere in 2017.
I never even opened the box. Buyer beware this company needs a better return policy.
