Beautiful trees, but HORRIBLE customer service.And, the bulbs go out way too soon.

I have been waiting for YEARS replacement bulbs. I have been checking and I am on a list to be notified when the bulbs are in stock. Have not been in stock for all of these years. Since I've had the tree I've needed hundreds of new lights each year.

I was only able to get bulbs twice. The second time they sent the bulbs they sent the Green base bulbs when I have the Denali tree--all white with clear bulbs. I ordered the white based bulbs. Now, three weeks ago I was told that the bulbs were in stock.

I said I wanted to order as many as possible. I was told that I would have enough bulbs to redo the entire tree. Three weeks ago. I call today to check...NOT IN STOCK.

DO NOT BUY THE DENALI TREES.The company should not continue to see the tree if it cannot provide replacement bulbs.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $800.

I ordered a tree last year.It was the worst tree ever!

The parts were mismatched, branches were sparce, and the lights did not work. Italso had a musty odor!

Customer service was horrible!!!Would NEvER recommend Balsam Hill!!
