We bought our tree 4 years ago. The only product complaint is that last year an entire light section went out.

I've had issues with their "customer service" since the purchase of our tree went through. Maybe 1 of 10-12 employees actually seem to care. When the section went out last year, one of the few good employees sent us a string of lights to get us through a replacement section came, which was promised over the summer. Summer came and went and no replacement section.

I called and they said now it would be the middle of October. I called the middle of October and was told the middle of November but the agent said if I didn't get it by mid-November he would send me a new tree. Well, no part by mid-November so I called again. Their "system was down" so they conveniently couldn't pull the call recording from the agent who promised me a new tree, yet they could see where I called, that I talked to him and the date and time of the call.

I was then promised we would have the part "the week of Thanksgiving if not sooner," a phrase that was repeated to me word for word at least a dozen times. I stressed repeatedly that this had been going on for a year and also my husband, who was having major surgery two days before Thanksgiving is the one who decorates the tree after I put it together (both true, he's in bed recovering right now). We still don't have our replacement section. It was apparently shipped to the apartment complex where we haven't lived for over three years and is supposedly locked in their office where FedEx can't get it because the office is closed until Monday.

Yet a friend, who still lives in the complex went to the office yesterday afternoon and they told him they didn't have anything for me. In the meantime, our tradition of our tree going up the weekend after Thanksgiving has been ruined, my husband won't be able to decorate the tree at all, and we may not even have a tree up by Christmas when our son will be here to visit.

It will be the first Christmas the whole family will have been together for Christmas in five years. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHYSTERS!!!

Report them to the consumer protection division of your states attorney general office. If they are doing this to you, Probably others.

Suggest an audit of their customer service records. If they are that bad, they will get what's coming to them.
