We ordered a tree during their summer sale and it arrived in July. We left it stored until Thanksgiving weekend when we planned to decorate it.

We took it out and set it up. The wheels were broken and wouldn't roll properly. Small ball bearings rolled out all over the floor whenever you moved the tree slightly. We called to complain and were told we would get another tree sent and we should return this one.

They were going to send a label for return. We never received a return label and the second tree did not arrive for weeks. Upon its arrival, we set the tree up and found ball bearings rolling out again all over the floor. This time the wheels did not appear broken, but when we assembled the tree the top section would not light.

We contacted the company again and they wanted to send us a third tree. We said no. It was already a couple of days before Christmas and probably wouldn't get here in time. It took forever to get any results from the company even though they said they were going to take care of it.

We had to make numerous calls to get any results. The trees had been boxed up and sitting at our house for weeks. There was no room to keep these huge boxes, but they hadn't sent a truck to pick them up. The Friday before Christmas( 22nd), we got a call from a trucking company telling us they just got an order to pick up a tree and then a second order to pick up a tree.

He thought the first tree didn't get picked up, and didn't realize we had 2 trees. He set the date for pick up 5 days after Christmas. I told him if there was anyway they could pick it up sooner, we would greatly appreciate it since these had been sitting here for weeks. I told him my whole story and he said he would call me right back to see if he could help me.

Well he did. They came on Christmas Eve at 7:00 in the evening to pick up the trees. Finally. However, having 2 big boxes of trees in my house did not allow for us to get another Christmas tree.

We had $1300. tied up with the first tree and no refund. We were promised a refund many, many times, but it never came. They got their trees back and we still had no refund.

After numerous calls to customer service and promised a refund with 5-7 days, still no refund. Finally, January 17th we finally received our refund. Needless to say, this was a disappointing Christmas, 2 damaged trees and we believe the first one was one that someone else returned because it was not packaged properly in the box. The 2nd was was also damaged and not enough time to get a third one.

I didn't want another one, since we had 2 sitting in our house and no room for them. It was awful. The money was paid to them in July and once they knew about our problem was supposed to send the money and promised to do it, but it never came until now. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I will never buy another thing from them.

They advertise a lot, but they do not keep their promises, nor do they have decent customer service. The people talk nice to you, but no one does what they say they are going to do. If I owed them $1300., they would have wanted their money sooner, but when they owed me the money, it took forever. They did not care one bit and if it isn't for the local trucking company wanting to help us out right before Christmas, those trees could still be sitting here.

The quality is not what they advertise, and I believe we received damaged trees not once, but twice and it spoiled our Christmas as far as having a tree. In our whole lives, we have never not had a Christmas tree and this year we didn't. Locally, by this time, all the really good trees were gone and I wasn't going to waste money on something I didn't want. Besides, I don't know where we would have put a 3rd tree.

None of this mattered to the company. They didn't care about that. Too bad, but these things happen. Well, they won't happen to us again with this company because I won't ever buy anything from them, no matter how much they advertise.

Don't believe what they say. This is not a reputable company and you will be disappointed. Don't make the same mistake we made. I thought they were a better company than what we experienced.

They were not truthful and it took forever to process our claim. The money was deposited in our account, so, explain to me, why it took so long to get the refund, when they had their damaged trees back.

Money gets put into accounts very quickly and done all the time. They need to update their business systems.
