Balsam Hill - Worst consumer experience I have ever had
Ordered a tree. One third of it was broken. Return was refused; parts back ordered A YEAR. Christmas was shot, no replacement parts over a year later, now they are questioning the replacement. DO NOT BELIEVE POSITIVE REVIEWS. Bad product, unresponsive customer service, terrible company.

Just received tree lights not working. I have to ship it back to them and wait for it to be credited before they ship out a new one. This is not an easy task to packet this thing back in a box and get it to fedex no credit adjustment for the effort and frustration

Balsam Hill Wreath Review
Beware when you order from Balsam Hill!!! I purchased 6 wreaths and they came in 3 boxes and their policy is $10 per box to return. They are charging me $60. Balsam Hill is making money off of you, so be careful when you order from them. When you order wreaths they're a lot smaller than measurements. Customer Service is like a recorded message when you talk with them.
