Have Frontgate rolling tree bag and thought this would be similar. Same price and all same features. Was tighter (although we had a slim 7.5 tree) and defective the first time used. The lowest level of branches of the Christmas tree we ordered touched the ground, I called to report the problem and they said it sounded like a warranty issue and forwarded my pics to the Parts Replacement Team who would get back to me in 72 hours. Ordered tree for Christmas. Lights would not light. Called Balsam Hill. Had me replacing lights and etc. I told them the middle section that connects was broken. I'm 75 years old can't get down on the floor to make all the corrections to make a tree work when the connections to the section was broken. The box the Balsam Hill ships its wreaths in have a cardboard insert to which the wreath can be tied to protect it. Unfortunately, they didn't bother to use the ties for my wreath, and the condition of the wreath showed it. I purchased the 9 foot balsam fir which comes in 4 sections and 2 large boxes. After putting the first two sections together, we noticed that there was at least one string of lights on each section that was not working.
