My Dad purchased a Christmas tree from Balsam Hill Christmas Tree Co on 10/27/2014, I believe at full price even or close to it. Very Pleasant speaking, However your complaints falls on deft ears. Balsam Hill Holds an A+ Rating from the BBB, Better Business Bureau, Please Take the Time to file a Report to the BBB, As I Have. If you believed their "feel good" advertising along with all those celebrity endorsements, and ordered a tree, then you may be shocked on what you paid and what you received. My tree looked worse than what is available at any Lowes or Home Depot at a fraction of the cost. Not impressed with customer service. Sent an email WITH photo took almost 2 weeks for a response saying they forwarded to their "parts department". 10 days until Christmas and am ready to bag the tree and put it away! Add comment

I have never had such bad experience with a company than with Balsam Hill! I ordered my tree and it was charged and never delivered!! It was impossible to reach customer service, called them and would hold for an hour without luck. Emailed customer service and no response! Year one (2013) out of the box one set of lights didn't work on this while/colored light tree that I paid almost $600 for.
